Steve Kim

Steve Kim serves as President and General Counsel at Augustus Global Ventures, a firm focused on foreign market entry in the MENA region, since June 2022. Kim has extensive legal and advisory experience, previously holding key positions such as Managing Partner at RKF Global PLLC and Partner and General Counsel at Global Business Ventures, where initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 were developed. Additional roles include membership on the Illinois Supreme Court's Rules Committee, serving as President and General Counsel for TRAC Development Group, and various positions in public affairs and government, including a Commissioner role with the State of Illinois Human Rights Commission. Kim earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law between 1998 and 2002.
