Andrew Barwood

Andrew Barwood currently serves as the Platform Financial Controller at ITW since May 2017, overseeing six business units with revenues exceeding $800 million. With extensive experience in strategic finance leadership, Andrew is responsible for comprehensive business reporting, analysis, compliance, and strategic project management across 35 business units globally. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Business Unit Manager at Instron, managing a $50 million business unit, and served as the European Sub-Group Financial Controller at ITW, handling businesses generating over $500 million in revenues. Earlier in the career, Andrew was the Group Finance Director at Avery Weigh-Tronix, leading a finance and IT team across multiple countries with revenues of $200 million. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield and is a qualified CIMA professional.
