Eric Pipal

Eric Pipal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the industrial automation sector. Currently serving as Group President at ITW since January 2023, Pipal previously held various leadership roles at Brooks Instrument from April 2007 to January 2023, including Vice President & General Manager and Director of Operations, where responsibilities included enhancing P&L, executing growth strategies, and leading operations at a high-revenue manufacturing facility. Earlier in career, Pipal was Supply Chain Manager for ABB Instrumentation, overseeing production planning and logistics. Pipal holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
