Erin Linnihan

Erin Linnihan currently serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations at ITW, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Investor Relations at Horizon from January 2022 to December 2023 and Senior Director at General Dynamics Information Technology, where responsibilities included leading HR functional areas during a major acquisition. At General Dynamics, Erin held multiple roles, including Chief of Staff, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, and as Staff Vice President of Investor Relations, where the focus was on developing and executing a global IR strategy. Prior to this, Erin worked at Northern Trust Corporation in various roles, including Vice President and Wealth Strategist Associate, managing investment and banking services for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master's in Communication from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations from Purdue University.
