Jessica Stini

Jessica Stini, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Management & Leadership Development at ITW since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC from October 2011 to June 2022, including Human Resources Director, where responsibilities included leading the HR function for multiple departments with a workforce of over 400 employees across multiple locations in the US and Canada, and Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR for a manufacturing facility of over 300 employees. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruiting Specialist at Miller Electric, Senior Recruiter at Heartland Business Systems, and Recruiter at both Plexus Corp. and Aerotek Engineering. Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Development from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
