John Xia

John Xia is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Since June 2014, John has served as Associate General Counsel and Legal Director for the Asia Pacific region at ITW. Prior to this role, John was Senior China Counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from September 2011 to June 2014. John's earlier positions include Senior Legal Consultant at Troutman Sanders LLP (December 2006 - May 2011) and Legal Consultant roles at Salans (January 2004 - December 2006) and Altheimer & Gray LLP (January 2003 - January 2004). Throughout John's career, a strong focus on legal advisory practices and regional expertise has been evident.
