Matt Perecich

Matt Perecich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and management. Currently serving as Manager, Health & Life at ITW since May 2022, Matt previously worked as a Senior Associate in Benefits & HR M&A at PwC, and as a Senior Analyst at Ferrara Candy Company, where responsibilities included partnering with national benefit carriers and managing compliance-related audits. Prior roles also include Benefit Analyst at LSC Communications, where management of complex compliance issues was a focus, and legal positions at the Law Offices of John F. Dixon and Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Central College.
