Mohamed Saleem

Mohamed Saleem is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for the Semiconductor Platform at ITW since February 2023, Mohamed previously held the position of CTO at Brooks Instrument from February 2017 to February 2023. Prior to that, experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering and Business Development at Fujikin of America, Inc. from June 2008 to February 2017, and as Director of Technology at Ultra Clean Technology from October 1996 to June 2008. Mohamed Saleem holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
