Monica Crofton

Monica Crofton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Powertrain North America at ITW since May 2017, following a role as HR Manager in the same division. Prior to ITW, Monica worked as an HR Consultant at McDonald's Corporation from March 2016 to May 2017 and as an HR Business Partner and Learning and Development Specialist at CSL Behring from January 2011 to March 2016. Monica also held the position of Career Services Coordinator at City Colleges of Chicago from June 2009 to November 2010 and served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Brill Street + Company from April 2008 to March 2009. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Chicago.
