Penny Barnes

Penny Barnes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for Talent Development in the Automotive NA division and previously as Division HR Manager for North American Stamped Fasteners and Human Resources Manager at ITW since November 2015. Additionally, Penny has been an Alderwoman for the City of Portland, TN since December 2020. Prior roles include HR Generalist at ITW CIP and HR Manager at North Central Telephone and Albany International, demonstrating a robust background in HR management spanning over two decades. Penny's educational background includes attendance at Nashville State Community College and Portland High School.
