Shawn P. Welch

Shawn P. Welch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consumer packaging and food industries. Currently serving as Group President at ITW since July 2019, Shawn oversees full P&L for four businesses in the packaging platform. Previously, as Vice President & General Manager of ITW Hi-Cone, Shawn managed all operational, commercial, financial, and talent functions for the global division. Prior roles include VP & General Manager at O-I, where Shawn held full P&L accountability for a segmented business unit, and VP of Sales & Marketing for North America, responsible for significant revenue generation. Shawn's career includes leadership positions at Sara Lee, overseeing $2.5 billion in sales, and Kellogg Company, leading the Frozen Foods Division with a $630 million budget. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's in Business from Xavier University of Louisiana and management studies at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
