Steve Payne

Steve Payne is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting across various industries. Currently serving as the European Financial Controller at ITW since May 2012, Steve oversees all European financial reporting, manages a team of 17 employees, and ensures adherence to financial policies while handling a revenue of over $50 million. Prior to ITW, Steve was the Financial Controller at Monarch Aircraft Engineering where responsibilities included team management and implementation of Oracle systems. Additional roles include Finance Manager positions at Amway and Firmenich, and a Management Accounting Manager role at Instron, among others. Steve holds ACMA certification and a BA Hons in Mathematics and Economics from Newcastle University.
