Vince Cipresso

Vince Cipresso serves as the Group President of the Automotive Aftermarket Platform at ITW, overseeing six divisions and managing brands such as RainX and Permatex since July 2019. Prior to this, Vince held various executive roles at Dover Corporation for over 13 years, including President of Race Winning Brands and Vice President of Aftermarket at Dover Precision Components. With extensive P&L responsibility across automotive aftermarket and oil and gas sectors, Vince has consistently demonstrated leadership in managing operations and driving profitability. Vince's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of California, Irvine, and both an MS in Industrial Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
