Kathleen Hermacinski

Kathleen Hermacinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management within educational and organizational settings. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at Illinois Wesleyan University since October 2024, Kathleen previously held several positions at Eureka College, including Director of Human Resources. Additional roles include Project & Alumni Coordinator at Peoria Notre Dame High School, Youth Development Specialist at the International Bowling Campus, and various positions in customer service and marketing at Illinois Central College and Robert Morris University. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Robert Morris University - Illinois, completed in 2013, and has a proven track record of enhancing organizational efficiency and fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
