Thomas J. Neis

Thomas John Neis has an extensive background in the insurance and banking industries, serving as President of Neis Insurance since 1980. Neis has held various supportive roles with organizations such as the Bank Director, the Community Bankers Association of Illinois, and the American Bankers Association from the late 1990s to 2018. Neis has also served on the Board of Directors for FIRST Insurance Funding and Crystal Lake Bank and Trust, and held positions as a trustee at Illinois Wesleyan University and a director at Wintrust Financial Corporation. In addition to these roles, Neis was a co-owner of N.P.I. Corp, specializing in consulting for insurance risk management and wealth management. Neis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance from Illinois Wesleyan University.
