Victor Xing

Victor Xing is a Staff Data Scientist at Illuin Technology, where they lead the development of flood risk models within the R&D team at Descartes Underwriting. Previously, they served as a Senior R&D Data Scientist, focusing on various climate risk modeling approaches. Victor completed a PhD at CERFACS, where they developed deep learning models for numerical combustion, working with high-performance computing resources. They hold two Master's degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
