Timothy Law

Timothy Law, Ph.D., is an accomplished data scientist and researcher with extensive experience in machine learning and financial technology. Currently serving as Staff Data Scientist and Senior Data Science Manager at PlayStation, Timothy also holds positions as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School and Honorary Senior Research Associate at UCL. Timothy has previously worked in various roles, including Lead A.I. Architect at a Talent Startup, Lead Data Scientist at The Climate Corporation, and Consultant for Rothko Investment Strategies, where expertise in machine learning, risk management, and quantitative research was applied. Timothy's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from UCL, a Master of Research in Financial Computing from UCL, a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Victoria, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of British Columbia.
