Carina Rossner

Carina Rossner has a long and varied work experience. Carina began their career in 1989 as a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 1994, they founded and became the CEO of HybridMedia LLC, a consulting and professional services agency. Carina grew the company to $5M in revenues and 35 employees before selling it. From 2003-2014, they served as a Medical Interpreter - Spanish (Relief) at Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. From 2014-2018, they worked as the Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence Manager at 21st Century Oncology. From 2018-2019, they worked as a Consultant at Rossner Strategic Consulting. Currently, they are the Cyber Security Operations Director at ILLUMANT, where they are responsible for ensuring smooth operations of cyber security penetration testing, regulatory compliance consulting and social engineering training. Carina also oversees several dozen concurrent projects.

Carina Rossner attended Harvard Business School from 1991 to 1993, where they earned their M.B.A. in High Tech Product Management. Carina then attended Harvard University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned their A.B. in History and Science.
