Katie Griffith

Katie Griffith has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katie started their career as an HR intern at To Serve Contracting LLC, where they focused on recruiting sales reps. Katie created job postings, sorted through applicants, and scheduled interviews. Katie then moved on to Minnesota Ballet, where they interned as an HR intern. Here, they designed and implemented an orientation program for interns and created an internship handbook. Katie also introduced the use of evaluations for interns and supervisors. Katie then worked as an office assistant at Thibodeau, Johnson & Feriancek Attorneys at Law, where they handled various tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying legal documents. Katie also worked in the workers compensation department. Next, they joined Lord Fletcher's as a server, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Katie then joined Imagine! Print Solutions as an HR assistant, where they coordinated employee events, led new hire orientation, and recruited candidates for various departments. Later, they were promoted to the role of HR representative, where they continued their recruitment responsibilities and also planned employee engagement activities. Currently, Katie is working as a Human Resources Manager at ILLUME, providing HR support for about 100 employees. Katie'smain focuses in this role include performance management, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and investigations, benefits administration, FMLA/leave of absence management, and employee engagement activities. Katie has also participated in compensation and benefits surveys.

From 2012 to 2016, they attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
