Jeff Roberts

Jeff Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff is currently working as the Sr. Director Enterprise Data Management at illumifin since 2022.

Prior to this, Jeff worked at Physicians Mutual for a significant duration, starting in 2007. Within Physicians Mutual, they held various roles, including Director Data & Analytics, Senior Manager Data Architecture and DBA. As the Director of Data and Analytics, Jeff worked closely with executive management and key stakeholders to develop roadmaps and diagrams for new technologies and system integrations. Jeff also successfully built a data and analytic environment and established a Data Science team.

Before Physicians Mutual, Jeff worked at IBM Global Services where they served as a Service Delivery Manager for the Target Corporation and as a DB2 DBA Team Lead. In these roles, they managed IT services for Target Corporation, led a team of DBAs, and was responsible for data modeling, maintenance, and SQL tuning.

Jeff's career began at Texas Tech University as a Systems Programmer.
