Paula Johnson

Paula Johnson has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, specifically in claims and care management operations. Paula is currently the Vice President of Claims and Care Management Operations at illumifin, a leading provider of business process outsourcing for the insurance industry. Prior to this role, they held various positions at LTCG, including Director of Care Management Operations, Director of Claims Quality and Business Process, Manager of Claims Quality and Business Process, Operations Manager, Supervisor, and Care Manager. Before joining LTCG, Paula worked as a Licensed Social Worker at St. Therese Home and Good Samaritan.

Paula Johnson received a Bachelor of Social Work degree with a focus on Gerontology from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completing their studies between 1996 and 2000.
