We specialize in an independent, six‑phase engineered lighting design process—from daylight analysis and architectural lighting intent through digital twin validation, technical documentation, construction support, and commissioning. Lighting at Illumify is treated as a performance system, not a product selection.
Every project includes a DIALux Evo digital twin, providing realistic photometric modeling, glare analysis, uniformity ratios, and energy‑code compliance (IECC / ASHRAE where required), allowing teams to validate lighting outcomes before construction, not correct them after.
