Illumify is a PE‑led lighting design and electrical engineering firm based in Norcross, Georgia. Founded by Jared Jin, P.E., former engineering leader at Acuity Brands, Illumify brings manufacturing‑depth expertise and engineering rigor to lighting decisions that must hold up through construction and post‑occupancy.

We specialize in an independent, six‑phase engineered lighting design process—from daylight analysis and architectural lighting intent through digital twin validation, technical documentation, construction support, and commissioning. Lighting at Illumify is treated as a performance system, not a product selection.
Every project includes a DIALux Evo digital twin, providing realistic photometric modeling, glare analysis, uniformity ratios, and energy‑code compliance (IECC / ASHRAE where required), allowing teams to validate lighting outcomes before construction, not correct them after.

Who We Support:
Architects — Independent six‑phase lighting design integrated into CDs
Interior Designers — Engineering and visualization that protect design intent
Legacy Custom Builders — Construction‑ready coordination that reduces rework
GCs & Electrical Contractors — Clear, buildable, defensible documentation
Commercial Owners & Asset Teams — Lighting performance, compliance, and lifecycle clarity

Guiding Principles:
Lighting as architecture from Day One ·
Human‑centric performance ·
Sustainable, code‑compliant systems ·
Collaborative delivery across disciplines

Illumify Design Lab — Trade‑Only
Illumify operates a private Design Lab & Experience Center used inside live projects to resolve lighting intent early. Outcomes are evaluated experientially, then validated through digital twins, photometric analysis, and detailed documentation, ensuring decisions remain stable through construction and post‑occupancy.
By appointment only.
