Kristin Redington Bennett

Kristin Redington Bennett, PhD, is an accomplished educator and consultant with extensive experience in educational innovation and assessment. As the Founder and Director of ILLUMII since January 2019, Kristin emphasizes the importance of educational guidance for families. Kristin also leads InMind Consulting and co-founded Westlawn School, a private institution for gifted students. Previous roles include serving as the Inaugural Director of the Center for Excellence and Innovation at Summit School and a Project Zero Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education. With an academic background that includes a PhD in Educational Assessment and Cognitive Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master's Certificate in Cognitive Science from the University of Oxford, Kristin has contributed to various educational initiatives and has taught at multiple levels, reinforcing a commitment to nurturing learner potential.
