Rafael Andrade Perez-Cossio has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rafael started their career at Avanza Grupo as the Human Resources Responsible for Transports Municipals d'Egara S.A. In 2008, they joined SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) as a Travel Consultant, providing support and sales in Spanish, French, and English languages.
In 2011, Rafael moved to IGT as a Customer Support Representative, where they assisted customers, affiliates, and partners with inquiries regarding games, transactions, and account management. Following this, they joined Adcash in 2012 and held various roles, including Country Manager for Spain and LATAM, Advertiser Manager, and eventually Advertiser Team Manager. In these positions, they managed and optimized website monetization solutions, developed relationships with partners, and provided professional management for game publishers.
In 2017, Rafael joined Tappx as the Head of Demand, responsible for account handling, prospecting, and developing partnerships with demand partners and advertisers. Rafael later took on the role of Advertiser Business Developer, focusing on securing deals with direct advertisers, demand partners, and ad exchanges.
Most recently, Rafael has been working at illumin (AcuityAds Inc.) since 2020 as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they aim to expand the company's partnerships, portfolio, and presence in different markets, addressing all ad formats and traffic types.
Throughout their career, Rafael has demonstrated strong leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, and a knack for building and maintaining partnerships.
Rafael Andrade Perez-Cossio's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Rafael then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the same university, completing it from 2002 to 2007. From 2008 to 2009, Rafael attended Tallinn University, where they focused on Estonian and Russian culture & languages. Most recently, they enrolled in the Master Digital Marketing & e-Commerce program at EAE Business School, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
