Andrea Woodman is an experienced Learning & Development Strategist, currently employed at Illumina Interactive. Andrea has over 9 years of experience in hospital administration and developing innovative learning solutions for leaders.
Andrea began their career in 2011 as a Hospital Administrator at the University of Rochester Medical Center. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring the quality of operations in the Dermatology Department, including two surgical sites. Andrea worked closely with the department physicians to create process improvements and align the department's strategic goals with the larger Hospital initiatives. Andrea was also responsible for spearheading workflow re-designs, practice acquisitions, staff development, and system implementations.
In September 2017, Andrea took on the role of Learning Development Manager at Finger Lakes Performing Provider System. In this role, they were responsible for creating innovative and engaging tools for leaders, aligning organizational KPI's with individual staff goals, and identifying gaps and organizational performance challenges. Andrea was also a leader in driving client learning initiatives and regional strategic projects related to Learning and Development.

Andrea Woodman has a Master's Degree in Business/Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in American studies from University at Buffalo. Andrea also has certifications from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Microlearning Certificate, Organizational Learning, and Creating a Culture of Learning, as well as an Articulate Storyline Certification and a Designing Learning Certificate from LinkedIn.
They are on a team with Nora Murphy Silverman - Elearning Designer & Developer, Rich Devuono - Elearning Courseware Developer, and Karen Bullock - Graphic Design & Elearning Courseware Developer. Andrea Woodman reports to Hal Stokes, VP of eLearning Development.
