Dr. Amol Zimur

Dr. Amol Zimur currently serves as the Head of Medical Affairs for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions at Illumina, following a role as Head of Medical Affairs for Asia Pacific and Japan. Previously, Dr. Zimur held positions such as Head of Medical Affairs for South East Asia at Sanofi Genzyme and Associate Director of Medical Affairs for Emerging Markets at Takeda. Additional experience includes serving as a Medical Advisor at AbbVie and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Dr. Zimur earned an MBBS in Medicine from Seth G S Medical College between 2000 and 2006 and an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management from 2008 to 2010.
