Einat Metzer

Einat Metzer currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Strategic Growth at Illumina, where responsibilities include leading Global Commercial Strategic Growth and overseeing Global Commercial Partnerships, National Genome Programs, and Informatics Commercial Strategy. Previously, Einat held the role of Vice President and General Manager for Genetic Disease Testing at Illumina, focusing on strategy and product innovation. As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Emedgene, an Illumina Company, growth was achieved from inception to acquisition by Illumina, emphasizing genomic-driven care. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal at Gemini Israel Funds, Entrepreneur In Residence at Incuvision, and various technical roles at Shunra and TraceSpan, along with a teaching position at the Jerusalem College of Technology. Einat Metzer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
