Jennifer Cadieux has extensive experience in sales operations and finance, currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Sales Operations at Illumina since May 2009. In this role, Jennifer leads the Sales Performance Management Team with a focus on incentive compensation strategies, territory design, and quota setting methodologies. Previously, Jennifer held positions as Senior Manager and Manager in Finance focusing on sales commissions, where responsibilities included managing incentive compensation administration, program design, and sales rep training. Jennifer began their career at The Ryness Company as a Business Development Associate, supporting the sales team in lead management and profitability analysis. Jennifer holds a BS in Management Science from UC San Diego and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University.
