Jerry Burns has over 17 years of experience in service and support roles within the biotechnology industry. At Illumina since October 2006, Jerry Burns has held positions including Senior Manager of Service & Support, Manager of Service & Support, and Operations Manager, as well as serving as Senior Staff Field Service Engineer. Prior to joining Illumina, Jerry Burns worked at Affymetrix from 1999 to 2006 as a Field Service Engineer, developing a strong technical background in the field.
