Kellie Dalby

Kellie Dalby is a highly experienced Staff Process Development Engineer at Illumina, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Kellie worked at HP from January 2016 to October 2021, initially as a Technical Ink Manufacturing Scientist, where responsibilities included managing ink supplier relationships and conducting quality audits, followed by a role as a Research And Development Scientist focusing on new ink formulations and printer technologies. Early career experiences include a Graduate Research Assistantship at Texas A&M University, where Kellie completed a Ph.D. dissertation on anti-fouling polymeric network syntheses, and various internships, including contributions to HP and Procter & Gamble's R&D efforts. Kellie holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Chemistry with a Biochemistry concentration from UC Irvine.
