Kristen Pierce Belleville

Kristen Pierce Belleville is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in employer branding and recruitment marketing. Currently serving as an Employer Brand Content Specialist at Illumina since August 2022, Kristen previously worked at Newport News Shipbuilding for three years as a Communications Specialist focused on talent acquisition, where responsibilities included managing social media content, designing marketing materials, and coordinating recruitment marketing campaigns. Kristen’s earlier experience includes roles at RadiusOnline as an Inbound Marketing Intern, The National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence as a Media Production Intern, and Christopher Newport University in various positions, including Group Exercise Instructor and Welcome Desk Attendant. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Digital Humanities, and Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
