Miles Rogers

Miles Rogers is a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer 2 at Illumina, focusing on Next Generation Sequencing platforms and contributing to the Biomedical Equipment Engineering Group since September 2021. With experience in assay development as a Scientist 2, Miles has authored protocols and reports while overseeing product development and validation. In previous roles as a QC Scientist, Miles led a team of chemists, was recognized as the 2022 Illumina Employee of the Year, and executed testing and validation protocols in an FDA-regulated environment. Additionally, as a Biochemistry Undergraduate Researcher at the University of San Diego, Miles specialized in computational biology and nucleic acid therapeutics research. Miles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from the University of San Diego.
