Rohitha

Rohitha is a seasoned bioinformatics professional currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Support at Illumina since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rohitha contributed to Pierian as a Senior QA Bioinformatician from October 2021 to February 2024 and worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Software Test Engineer 2 from March 2018 to October 2021. Rohitha's career began at Monsanto Company as a Data Analyst from September 2016 to February 2018. Rohitha holds an MSc in Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology from the Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology (IBAB), completed in January 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Botany, and Zoology from St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), earned in January 2014.
