Steve Riddle

Steve Riddle is currently a Staff Scientist at Illumina, where they lead an eight-member team in developing protein production processes and collaborate with global sequencing platform development teams. Previously, they served as a Senior Scientist at Illumina, focusing on assay development and functional testing of enzymes. Their career includes roles as a Senior Scientist at Proteovista LLC, where they conducted applied research and developed a bioinformatics workflow, as well as positions at Invitrogen and Thermo Fisher Scientific, contributing to R&D efforts in custom protein production and cell biology. Steve is pursuing a Master of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Iowa while also working toward a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
