Thom Dorman Theara has over 30 years of experience in the scientific and service operations fields. Currently serving as a Sr Staff Service Operations Analyst at Illumina since January 2007, Thom is a crucial member of the Global Service Operations Team, focusing on enhancing the Salesforce-ServiceMax CRM in collaboration with Field Service Business and Programmers. Previous roles include Staff Field Applications Scientist at Illumina, and Sr. Field Applications Scientist at Sequenom, Inc., along with a position as Customer Support Supervisor on the East Coast at Genome Therapeutics Corp.
