Maryanne Fechter

Maryanne Fechter has a long career in sales and finance. Maryanne currently serves as the Finance Director at Illuminarium Experiences, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Player Development Executive at Seneca Resorts & Casinos from 2014 to 2021, where they were responsible for generating revenue, increasing market share and international brand loyalty. Maryanne managed a book of business of 650 clients and generated gross revenues of $12M annually. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Player Development Manager at Delaware North Companies, where they were responsible for the development of a PD department that generated revenue and increased market share. Maryanne also recruited and vetted candidates for the customer liaison sales team, and managed and executed player development initiatives and retention programs. Before that, they were a Corporate District Sales Manager at Avon from 1995 to 2012, where they were responsible for key performance indicators on a two week sales plan. Maryanne was also responsible for appointing, training and developing sales staff of 400+ contractors in a specific geographic area, and grossed $3M in sales.

Maryanne Fechter began their education in 1991 at Erie Community College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Studies in 1992. Maryanne then attended Canisius College, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication in 1994. In 2005, they obtained a Business Certification from the Harvard Business School Club of Buffalo. Finally, in 2009, they earned a Certification in Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt from Erie Community College.
