Prior to this, Rick held the position of Vice President at Reflex Lighting from July 2013 to May 2014 and worked in Specification Sales at the same company from January 2010 to January 2013. Earlier experience includes an Account Manager role at Blueridge Industries between 2008 and 2009. Rick holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where studies took place from 1994 to 1998.
