Caitlin Humphreys is a seasoned legal and policy professional with extensive experience in housing and urban development. Currently serving as a Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Caitlin focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of HUD programs through communication and liaison activities. Caitlin has held leadership roles, including Director of Strategy and Innovation and Executive Director at Illuminate NC, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Keystrokes Typewriter Co., where strategic marketing initiatives were implemented. Previous roles include Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, where expertise in subsidized housing and fair housing law was developed, and similar positions at North Penn Legal Services, where comprehensive legal representation was provided to low-income individuals. Caitlin earned a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Ithaca College.
