Alina H. has over a decade of diverse experience in management, partnerships, and consulting. Currently serving in management and partnerships at Illuminate Universe since May 2013, Alina previously worked at Deloitte from February 2019 to July 2020, focusing on technology and management consulting across various sectors, including digital transformation and executive training. Alina's career also includes a role in product management at IBM in mid-2018 and founding Women In STEM, serving as President until May 2018. Additionally, Alina has experience as a junior varsity volleyball player at Western University and held an internship in sales at English Bay Bakery. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from Western University, complemented by roles such as Vice President and Director of Special Events at Western Capital Markets.
