Ellen Essex is an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with a diverse background across multiple organizations, including Illuminate USA, BRIGHT INNOVATION LABS, and others. At BRIGHT INNOVATION LABS, Ellen effectively resolved a six-month backlog of invoices, eliminated $6 million in Received Goods not Invoiced, and streamlined various processes resulting in significant efficiency improvements. Previous roles included enhancing communication and timely invoice processing at Olshan Properties and consistently exceeding processing requirements at Ply Gem. Ellen has demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end Accounts Payable cycles, utilizing software such as Great Plains and JD Edwards, while also being recognized for exceptional customer service and process improvements throughout a lengthy career in accounting.
