Kurt Wagner

Kurt Wagner is the Chief Financial Officer at Illuminate USA since May 2023. Prior to that, Kurt served as VP of Global Business Services and VP of Global Procurement - Indirects at Hexion Inc. Kurt has extensive experience in managing financials for global divisions and has led various teams and departments within the finance realm. Kurt holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
