Brienne W.

Brienne W. has a comprehensive work experience in the field of education and lighting design. Brienne has held various roles at the Illuminating Engineering Society, starting as an Education Coordinator in 2019 and eventually becoming the Director of Education and Standards in 2022. Additionally, Brienne has worked at Illuminart, a division of Peter Basso Associates, as a Lighting Design professional for almost a decade, specializing in LED specification and industry standards. Brienne also briefly worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Henry Ford College in 2019.

Brienne W. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Art (Drawing) with a minor in Human Environments from Eastern Michigan University from 2004 to 2008. Brienne then pursued a Second Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University from 2009 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained a certification as Lighting Certified from the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions.
