Illuminating Engineering Society
Dan Ozminkowski is an experienced lighting designer and content manager with a strong background in both educational and performance settings. Since January 2022, Ozminkowski has served as the Content Manager for Education and Standards at the Illuminating Engineering Society. As a lighting designer for Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre/Notes in Motion since 2006, Dan has contributed to multiple choreographed works by Amanda Selwyn, including "Hindsight," "Crossroads," and "Refuge." Ozminkowski also held positions such as Associate Lighting Designer for Bob Fosse's "Dancin'" on Broadway and has designed for various theaters, including The REV Theatre Company and Milwaukee Ballet. Educational credentials include an MFA in Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School and a BFA in Lighting Design from Purchase College, SUNY.
