Klysha Carson Ross

Klysha Carson Ross has a diverse work experience. Klysha began their career in 1991 as a Library Assistant at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where they worked until 1997. From 1997 to 1998, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Stempel, Bennett, Claman and Hochberg, P.C. Klysha then joined RR Donnelley in 1999, where they worked as a Sales Assistant/Client Entertainment Coordinator until 2008.

In 2008, Klysha joined Elan Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Associate until 2009. Following that, from 2010 to 2016, they worked at Merrill Corporation as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer/Head of Global Sales & Chief Marketing Officer.

Since 2016, Klysha has been associated with the Illuminating Engineering Society. Klysha began as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to present, they have been the Chief of Staff at the company. In July 2022, Klysha took on the additional role of Director of Operations.

Klysha Carson Ross holds a BA in Organizational Behavior and Change from New York University.
