Ravindra Kadam is a technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at a stealth mode startup focused on disrupting the stored value voucher ecosystem in India, with the aim of delivering an inclusive digital solution as a SaaS offering. Ravindra has extensive experience as a freelance platform builder, providing expertise in application and enterprise architecture. At Illumine Knowledge Resources, Ravindra contributes to the development of a SaaS-based technology platform by establishing a technology release roadmap and collaborating with various teams. Previously, Ravindra co-founded benow as CTO, leading the development of a universal payment acceptance platform for merchants. With a long tenure at Mastek, Ravindra's roles included leading the Design School, managing solutions and strategy, and serving as a Senior Solution Architect. Ravindra's educational background includes certifications in Blockchain, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Mumbai.
