Aki Ueno

Aki Ueno is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and lifecycle marketing, primarily in email marketing roles. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Growth and Lifecycle Marketing at Illumio since October 2023, Aki previously held the position of Sr. Email Marketing Manager at DocuSign, where responsibilities included managing a global team for strategic email and lifecycle nurture programs. Aki also worked at Symantec, driving a significant increase in engagement and lead generation as a Sr. Email Marketing Manager. Earlier experience includes managing extensive email campaign operations at Skype and leading marketing automation efforts at NetApp. Aki began the career at NetApp in field marketing and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
