Bahman Safinejad

Bahman Safinejad is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud architecture. Currently serving as the Area Technical Lead at Illumio since March 2021, Bahman drives strategic goals related to platform, frameworks, and infrastructure management. Previously, as a Cloud Architect at MobileIron and a Technical Manager/Hands-on Architect at Squelch, Bahman focused on developing innovative cloud-based solutions. Experience at Citrix involved design and mentoring for mobile device management, while earlier roles at Zenprise, Spirent Communications, Lantern Communications, Cabletron Systems, Nokia Denmark, and Radiometer Medical contributed to a strong foundation in embedded systems and telecommunications. Bahman holds bachelor’s degrees in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern Denmark.
