Ruchika Chopra

Ruchika Chopra is the current Vice President of Sales Operations at Illumio. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Revenue Operations at Mist Systems from October 2017 until April 2019.

At Mist Systems, Ruchika was responsible for building the company's go-to-market operational framework & strategy from the ground up. This included designing and building scalable processes and tools across sales, channel, marketing, and customer success. Additionally, they oversaw the expansion of the sales organization from 5 Sales teams to over 40 Sales Teams across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Ruchika spearheaded the transformation to a SAAS Business Model by focusing on the customer lifecycle. This included working on acquisition by sales planning, sales efficiency and sales/channel enablement; engagement by ease of doing business; and retention and expansion by managing contracts and install base, renewals and upsells, and reverse logistics and RMA's. Overall, they analyzed the performance of the company's entire lead to close model.

Under Ruchika's leadership, Mist Systems saw significant growth and expansion. Ruchika was instrumental in developing the company's go-to-market strategy and scaling the sales organization to new heights. Her focus on the customer lifecycle led to a more efficient and effective sales process that resulted in increased renewals and upsells. Ruchika Chopra attended Hindu College, Delhi University where they received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Ruchika then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from IMI. Ruchika is also Quote-to-Cash Certified from Apttus.
