Wayne Morris

Wayne Morris is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in system engineering and public sector solutions. Currently serving as the Regional SE Director for Public Sector at Illumio, Morris previously held various leadership roles at VMware, including Director of US Public Sector Solution Engineering and Senior Systems Engineering Manager. Prior to VMware, Morris worked at Cisco as a Systems Engineer and held the position of Director of IT Sales & Services at FedTek. Additional experience includes engineering and management roles at organizations such as the FDIC, Office of Thrift Supervision, and Sprint Spectrum, along with military service as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Morris holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Louisiana State University and an AA in General Studies from Marion Military Institute.
