Rich Lemons is an experienced executive currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at illumynt, where they lead cross-functional growth initiatives and enhance operational excellence. Previously, they were a Partner in Supply Chain Management and Business Operations at Tintagel Advisors, Inc., managing third-party ITAD operations. Rich held various leadership roles at DIRECTV, including Senior Director of Operations, where they successfully implemented cost-saving initiatives. They earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
